Changes to language file for 4.16
Hello all - I've added two lines to the language file:
#: lib/GUI.pm:272 msgid "Recursive" msgstr "" #: lib/GUI.pm:275 msgid "Scan all files and directories within a directory" msgstr ""
This adds a "Recursive" button to the main interface and allows the end user to save it as a preference. The whole file is here.

ClamTk 4.15 released!
This release improves the antivirus engine version check to prevent DNS timeouts and adds Arabic language support (that's 23 languages now!). Thanks to Nawaf and OpenDNS!
Note: I have created a new GPG key. You can grab it here.
Are you using Ubuntu 8.04? You were probably prevented from manually updating signatures as an end user. This is because of apparmor. Well, the good people at Ubuntu seemed to have fixed the problem, as it works on Ubuntu 9.04! If it is not working for you, please let me know. In the meanwhile, you can either use the system virus signatures, or do this:
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor stop
(update your signatures)
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor start
If you have worked on a language file before, please consider donating your time again. Some are getting a little out of date. Please see the CVS link on the left side.
See the CHANGES, README, md5sums, sha1sums, and rpm spec file for more.

clamtk-kde discontinued
I've decided it's no longer necessary to support clamtk-kde. KDE still allows the right-click action with ClamTk whether or not clamtk-kde is installed, so there's really no point. You can uninstall it yourself, but it will automatically be removed by using the "Obsoletes" directive in the Fedora/CentOS rpm spec files. For Debian and Ubuntu, there is no separate package, so there shouldn't be a problem. Let me know if there are any questions.
