ClamTk 4.22 released!

This release adds directory whitelisting (i.e., do not scan these directories). There are currently two whitelists: the system whitelist is (currently) not editable by the user and includes /dev, /proc, /sys and the user's quarantine directory. The user list is a user-driven list of directories to avoid. There are also a few minor fixes, UI improvements and lots of language file updates. Thanks to everyone who helped!

See the CHANGES, README, md5sums and sha1sums for more.

Fedora: If you just installed Fedora 12, you probably noticed that the ClamTk in the repos is very old and does not work. Anyway, please download the rpm from here, double-click it, and you'll have an actual working version - not to mention updated as well. I'm working on becoming the Fedora maintainer for ClamTk, so you'll be able to update it with yum.

Ubuntu: If you just installed Ubuntu 9.10, please install ClamTk from the repositories first, and THEN upgrade. This will ensure the clamav-freshclam apparmor profile magic takes place.

Help? Anyone want to redesign this website? It's served us well for 3 years now, but maybe it's time for a change. Let me know if you're interested.

Help? Anyone want to redesign the icon for ClamTk? It's nice, but like the website, maybe in need of a change. Let me know if you're interested.
