ClamTk is in the repos!
Finally, an updated and working ClamTk is in the Fedora repos! Go ahead and try it - "yum -y install clamtk". I'm now a co-maintainer for ClamTk, so I'll push all releases there. Technically, there's not much difference between that version and the one on Sourceforge... but it will be much easier to update to!

ClamTk 4.23 released!
This release changes the way ClamTk looks for signatures for first time users; this makes it more out-of-the-box ready. There is also some code cleanup and language file updates. Thanks to everyone who helped!
By the way, Linux Format's latest issue has an article on why you need an antivirus. They highlight several programs available for Linux, and rate ClamTk an 8 out of a possible 10! It looks like they must have reviewed a version prior to 4.19, because they don't show a unified preferences box. But anyway, that's not bad at all, especially in ClamTk's 6th year. :) It's come a long way... here's one of the oldest versions I have.

Ubuntu: If you just installed Ubuntu 9.10, please install ClamTk from the repositories first, and THEN upgrade. This will ensure the clamav-freshclam apparmor profile magic takes place.
Help? Anyone want to redesign the icon for ClamTk? It's nice, but like the website, maybe in need of a change. Let me know if you're interested.
